the homeless are everywhere
imagine a strict policing downtown to crack down on vagrants. it works real well.
then in a medium density urban area (hardly the "inner-city"), i meet 5 homeless people on a 3 block walk through what otherwise is a normal area,
having been harassed by homeless folks outside the local grocery store (the only place within 15 minutes walk that sells fresh fruit or veg, just to mention the poor nutrition of the locals, who hardly walk anyways). i wonder whats wrong with the system.
why are the homeless on bardstown road. this is soooooooo unusual, coming from a city with a much bigger homeless problem, confined entirely to the central areas. but this new suburban homelessness is really sad.
this city is run by a hypocritical fool in the name of policing the locals to death, where very little gets spent on health or other social concerns.

Most homeless people have psychosocial handicaps. If you don't see them..then there ain't no problem for all those that wish not to see!
